We are not traditional or career recruiters. We bring a different and new perspective from other recruiters that flows through to how our search and selection is approached and actioned.  We bring ‘lived and breathed’ experience of the roles so can better and more knowledgeably understand how to identify the right candidates.

 

Andy has held a wide range of management and executive level roles in the public, private, and third sectors including with a successful public private partnership (PPP). He also has substantial experience of recruiting for and building management teams and has been a member of a number of different executive teams.

We understand how to identify and recruit the right candidates to fill management and executive roles for organisations who make a difference to the lives of others and their communities. All the roles and consultancy assignments Andy has undertaken in the UK and in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have been with organisations and agencies who make a social impact and difference. His fellowship of the Royal Society of Arts is recognition of his long track record in this area.

Andy is an employment subject matter expert and brings 35 years’ experience of understanding and matching the needs and requirements of employers and candidates. He knows how to ensure the right match is achieved first time, every time and this is a key part of his experience. For us search and selection is so much more than achieving a day one placement. Andy’s fellowship of the Institute of Employability Professionals (FIEP) is recognition of his substantial employment experience and impact.
